All collections delivered by Askem Studios are governed by the signed agreement executed between Askem Studios and each client. By accessing or downloading any gallery, the client acknowledges the following:

• Section 7.1 – Delivery timeframes of 60–90 days after the wedding date represent estimated completion windows, allowing flexibility for workload and travel while maintaining quality.

• Sections 5 and 5.2 – All images are edited in-house by Askem Studios. Editing and color work form part of the contracted creative service; unedited or RAW files are not provided.

• Sections 6.1–6.3 – All images remain the copyrighted property of Askem Studios and are licensed solely for personal use. Commercial use, resale, or alteration without written consent is prohibited.

Downloading or sharing gallery content constitutes acceptance of these terms and acknowledgment that the gallery represents the finalized deliverables under contract.
